I know i couldn't complain at all coz it's part of my job and is within my job scope. BUT sometimes it happen really too sudden. ANd not only that! It's all at 1 go. I know i need to learn how to plan my time and do things in a systematic way, but sometimes just couldn't help it. Now all i can do is to finish whatever undone and smile to stay calm.

I apologise for showing frustration to those who asked me regarding patients and when handing over report. I should have control it in a better way. BUT anyway i guess i have to learn to let it out and forget and start everything anew cm.
