Attachments (not again!! sorry la but that is what i usually do most of the time) Well I had just finished my TTSH posting today. Hmmm why would it end on a wednesday?? Well coz thurs n fri going to Toa Payoh Polyclinic la. Hai..think would most probably be relaxing there le.
This round's posting i realised that it was really very different from what i had in the past. Why is that so? Previously i would have a sch lecturer with me all the time but this round it was the hospital's instructor who stayed with us. I realised that both of their expectations were very different. If i were to be taken charged by a sch lecturer, i think i would not be able to do much. I dunno but that is what i feel about it. BUT if by the hospital instructor, i realised that i am able to learn more than usual and BETTER. LOL!!! Is it true?? Hmmm only know the answer..HaHa!!
Well this round was been "taken care" of by the hospital instructor. She is really very nice and STRICT as well. 1st 2 days we were told to function as an Assistant Nurse (AN) independently --> that was really a challenge to me on the first day. Many things i was unsure about...and damn STRESS!!! So lesson learnt --> TIME MANAGEMENT (very impt!!)
After that 2 days of AN job has over and we have to do Staff Nurse (SN) job liao. AIYO!! This round confirm + guarentee STRESS!! We have to take case, write reports, handing over report to next shift and following Drs' round. Wah another hurdle for me to pass through leh. 1st day was abit nervous and worry that i might done something wrong and when passing report, i would tend to pass over wrong info.. HMMM..but i didn't leh..Haha so happy LOL!! Instructor even commented good..haha so Happy :)
So today she gave me my apprasial. She said that i am quiet, gentle and diligent. Hee hee!! Yes i admit that i am quiet and my weakest point is Communication. She said some positive and negative comment as well. Hmmm..most imptly is that i PASSED!!! LOL!! Got to prepared for PRCP liao. That is very IMPT to us!! Hai.. start to read and gain more knowlegde now.. Ciao
